  • a purported priority area for ACE (alongside Arts in Health)

CRIME is high on the Government's agenda and the arts works with:

  • Prevention - Splash Extra 2002 £1.5.million -215 arts projects in 6 weeks
  • Interventions - Annual Directory of Arts in Prisons highlights the range of work happening and requested
  • Resettlement - (the hot one! re community provision) The Unit for Arts & Offenders is working with DCMS and ACE on work with communities and community provision.
